You Live True Nature

True nature reveals itself in form. But what I hear about, from form, is the experience of suffering. What is that all about?

Right now, everything is fine. This simple living of life is effortless, fluid, absent of words. Then comes a suffering thought. Then comes a second suffering thought, “I need to get rid of my suffering thought.”

Your peace is disrupted. This is the way the mind works. Just because this is the way your mind works, you have to have your peace disrupted? Why? You just have to be smarter than the mind. You have to know what it’s up to, and then it can’t disrupt your peace! That’s all!

That little bubble of thought about suffering, the mind, and peace just occurred. Now, it is gone. Did it change the simple livingness?

Did the living of life become more effortful because there was a little bubble of thought? Where does true nature go when a bubble of thought happens? Does it go anywhere?

The bubble distracts you – that’s all. Know what it’s doing, and all that remains is ease of living.

All of this has its own timetable, and there’s no hurry. But notice how you are distracted by your mind from the natural ease that life is.

In the ease of living, true nature is reflected.
